The silver mirrors manufactured in our factory are made of 2mm to 6mm quality clear float glass or tinted float glass with double water-proof FENZI paint. OEM orders are acceptable for us, so both custom shape service and custom size service is available. Our deep processing equipment allows us to provide one stop solution to our customers.

 

New type Copper-free Lead-free silver mirrors have been developed by our factory.  Modern frameless silver mirrors are mainly used for decoration and as bathroom mirrors.

-  Vinyl Backing:

 

 ( Vinyl Backed Safety Modern Frameless Silver Mirror is produced by attaching an adhesive protective plastic film on the back of the mirror. This can protect people from being hurt while mirror is broken by accident.  The backing we offer could either be PE glossy film CAT I or be PVC woven fabric film CAT II. )

 

 

-  Copper-free and Lead-free Type Modern Frameless Silver Mirror ( Eco-friendly mirror )

 

"Eco-friendly Mirror"  uses non-copper film process and two layers of water proof paint. It prevents heavy metal  contamination  with copper and lead by using non-lead materials . Eco-silver mirror is  also called as ecological mirror,  copper free mirror,  copper and lead free mirror, green mirror, environmental-friendly mirror, eco-friendly mirror. Eco-silver mirror can be used for more years, for the  copper content  in silver mirror will accelerate the mirror to be eroded. 

 

- Bathroom Mirror

 

Normally speaking, frameless (unframed) bathroom mirrors is made of moisture-proof silver mirror by a series of deep processing. OEM service of bathroom mirror is provided by our factory.

Professional seaworthy wooden crates or ply wood end-caps with moisture-proof paper interleaved between two sheets guarantee the safety of the mirrors during th long-distance sea transportation. Custom packaging is also available.
