Details USE: —This machine is for cutting adhesive tape. Especially, it has a good performance in cutting tapes which request high-precision cutting, such as electricity industries and automobile industry tapes. —Such as, TAC-TAPE, Kapton tape, aluminum tape, double-side tape, masking tape, fabric tape, polyester tape, PE film, PVC insulated tape, PET tape, foam tape, 3M series, and so on. CHARACTERISTIC: 1. Blade Feeding: use Hydralic System for feeding blade which makes the cutting stable. The feeding speed can be adjusted. 2. Precise Cutting Position Fix: use servo motor driving, linear guide rail and ball screw bar to fix position; all these devices are very precise and stable so as to assure the precise cutting. 3. Security System: there are many mechanical devices and electromagnetic inductors adopted on the machine for protecting the user and the machine itself and, once the air pressure is out of safe value and the clamp opened accidently, the machine will automatically start the protection system and alarm so as to protect the user. 4. Lubricating and Cooling System: when cutting, the machine can lubricate and cool down the blade automatically so as to get a smooth cutting and never melt the tape. 5. Control System and Function Input: use PLC for data processing and functions controlling. All the operations are centralized to the control panel; there are two control panels on the machine, one is the touch screen and the other one is the operating panel. It is very convenient because the user can control the machine from both these two places. Besides, all the setting is on the touch screen and can set 10 different sizes at a working cycle. 6. Main Motor Driving: the shaft motor and the blade motor are driven by the vector inverter (frequency converter); they work stable. The speed of the motors can be adjusted conveniently from the control panel so as to suit different materials. Besides, the speed reducer is adopted to the blade motor so as to assure that the blade cuts on the roll with a strong torsion and, and the blade will work more stable. 7. Cutting Shaft and Blade: adopt two shafts and two blades system for cutting; it has a higher efficiency than the single shaft cutting machine. 8.
