Main characteristics:

1.the main parts such as screw,roller and die are made of 38crmoala,and have given hydrotreating,so they are wearproof and corrosion resistant.
2.major axis screw is well plastified to guarantee the uniformity of film.
3.exchanging filter net in die head and adopting up and down device with motor to get convenient operating,thus to improve the production efficiency.(automatic uploading system can be collocated as customers requirement)

Installation: the seller will send for an engineer for installation if customer need. The charge of accommodation, food and round air-tickets, salary USD60 per day for engineer should be paid by the buyer. The normal period of installation is within 3 days, the buyer needs to delay unless special condition.
