Silver Mirror Production
The typical silver mirror is a sheet of glass that is coated on its back with silver that produces images by reflection. SINOY Silver Mirror Production adopting the chemical plating method, i.e., silver coating that using reducer react with AgNO3, and getting a thin layer of silver as the reflective material on the clean glass surface, copper coating, and then first time curtain paint coating, drying, and then the second protective paint coating. This silver mirror production line is automatic, Loading in the float glass sheet at the feeding end and it would finish cleaning, polishing, drying, silver coating, copper coating, base layer of paint coating, drying, protective layer of paint coating and drying, all these integrated steps at one time. The finished mirror sheet could be immediately packed at the product end. The whole production line is centrally controlled by computer, production speed controlled by transducer.

Structure of Silver Mirror

Packing: SINOY MIRROR large mirror sheet packed by three types of packaging -- Standard wooden crate and End-cap wooden cases, frame glass and processed mirrors with retail packaging by corrugated cartons. Standard wooden crates are sturdy wooden cases made from kiln-dried wood. They are available with optional legs to allow for easy forklift unloading. All of our products can be packaged in standard crates. Normal size for crates is 4000 pounds and 2000 pounds. End-caps packing is convenient for the end-user to unpack, it is especially welcomed in Australia Market for 4mm Vinyl backed mirror and louver glass.

Shipment: For our overseas customers, our mirrors are shipped in full container loads direct to your door or to CY. We, SINOY MIRROR, locate in the second largest sea port city Qingdao, nearly all of the world large-scale shipping companies or the shipping forwarders have their headquarters or office in Qingdao, there are vessels to world mean ports every week. This could save much shipping time and guarantee your prompt receiving our mirrors. The containers can be either GP (closed top) or OT (open top) depending on your facilities and equipment. Usually the large mirror sheet shipped by 20’ FCL.
