Q: What is our factory product range?

A: Mini electric wire rope hoist, suspending electric hoist, wire rope winch, vertical lifting AC winch remote control etc. 

Q: What information should I provide if I want to order the products?

A:1) Product information: Quantity, Model No. , Specification (capacity, lifting height, voltage, size, material, color and packing requirements),    

2) Delivery time required.     

3) Shipping information: Company name, Address, Phone number, Destination seaport/air port.    

4) Forwarder's contact details if there is any in China.

Q: How about your payment terms?

A: For trial sample order, 100% advance, via Western Union is preferred. For bulk order, 30% deposit, with the balance before delivery, via TT.

Q: Can I use our own logo?

A:Yes, we can produce by using your own logo.

Q: What’s the sample policy?

A: We can send you 1pc of sample for your test, but you need to pay for the sample fee and delivery expenses, as it's our company's rule. Pls contact us for the sample details
