Vacuum egg lifter

First, Eggs are sucked onto the roller of egg grading machine by a vacuum egg lifter (2*6=12 eggs each suck). The vacuum egg lifter is run by a motor but lift up and down by hand, that helps workers to load eggs onto the egg machine more easily.

Canling

Candler with LED light source is installed under the roller of grader to help operators to check whether there is any damage of eggs. For example eggs with cracks, eggs with black core, eggs having gone bad can be selected out by hand.

Printing

Printer can also be installed on the grader to print company name, brand name, production date, expiration date, batch number etc.
