Main Features

a) Workers load eggs onto the egg cleaning machine manually.

b) Egg loading belt will convey eggs into the egg cleaning part.

c) Well-cleaned eggs will be dried by the egg drying part.

d) Egg oil spraying equipment will spray food-grade mineral oil onto eggshell.

e) Workers collect eggs from the egg collecting belt into egg trays manually.

First, Eggs are sucked onto  the  roller  of  egg  cleaner  by a vacuum egg lifter (1*6=6 eggs each suck). The vacuum egg lifter is run by a motor but lift up and down by hand, that helps workers to load eggs onto the egg machine more easily.

 Printing

eggs will be printed by the cartridge printe r,  the  position where code is printed is in the middle of eggs (between the bigger head and the smaller head).

Washing

Specially designed brush available in this type of egg cleaning machine, eggs will be washed by the first and the second brush with warm water.
