Scarifier Cutters/ 5 point flail cutters/ tct cutters

 

Tungsten carbide tipped flails/scarifier cutters feature extremely durable tungsten carbide inserts brazed in a perimeter around an alloy steel body. This type with six-sided is one of popular configurations. Another one is five-sided(you can see it from below pictures). The higher quality construction delivers maximum performance and return on investment for most material removal projects. And, tungsten carbide tipped flails can produce a medium to coarse surface texture(as below last picture). Our flails can last up to 250 hours.

 

 

Applications:

 

1,Repair common slab problems: curled joints, high spots, uneven slabs, burned areas from overtroweling, trowel marks and damage due to weather

 

2,Remove oil and contaminants, mill scale and rust

 

3,Remove epoxy coatings, thermoplastic coatings, paint and traffic lines, but  Scraping or scarifying may be needed as a preliminary step on much thicker coatings

 

4,Remove glues and adhesives

 

5,Level uneven surfaces and trip hazards

• Heavy-duty concrete and asphalt removal
