A1:We are glad to send samples for your inspection if we have the same or similar samples in hand. Samples are free, but to new customer, you may need to pay the express fees.When you place a trial order to us , we will refund you .

And if you want us to make the same sample as you required , which you may need to pay the sampling charge, and when you place a order of bulk production , we will refund this charge to you.

Q2:How long will be my goods ready for shipment ? 
A2:Different specification fabrics with different quantity ordered, the time of delivery is different, .As usual, it will take 15-25 work days.

A3:Mainly 2000m for fabrics .( Except the special specifications of fabrics )

A6: For fabrics: One roll in one polybag, and outside cover the P.P. Bag. Also we could pack according to the buyer’s requirement.

For uniforms, one set in one polybag, and every 20 sets packed in one carton. Also we could pack according to the buyer’s requirement.

Q7: How to confirm the quality before order ?
A7:We could send you free sample which we are available for your checking. Or sending your samples to us, then we will make the counter sample for your approval before order.

Q8: How to solve the quality problems after sales?
A8:(1) Take photos of the problems and send to us.
(2) Take videos of the problems and send to us.
(3) Send back the physical problem fabrics by express to us.
After we comfirm the problems, such as caused by machine, dyeing or printing, etc, Within three days, we will draw up the satisfied program for you.
