1. Commodity: SAE4140 cold drawn honed cylinder barrel

2. Size range: ID of 250mm max, Length of barrel: 3000mm max.

3. Material of cylinder barrel: carbon steel and alloy steel like DIN2391-2 ST52, ST52.3,ST52.4,EN10305-1 E355,E410,E470,C45E,25CrMo4, 42CrMo4,ASTM A519 SAE1020,SAE1026,SAE1045,SAE4130,SAE4140, 27SiMn,etc.

4. Manufacture method: cold drawn+honed or skived&roller burnished+machined as per drawing, hot rolled+external surface machining+deep hole boring+honed or skived&roller burnished+machined as per drawing.

5. Internal surface treatment: honing or skiving&roller burnishing depending on the ID.

6. Roughness of bore: 0.35um max.

7. Flanges and feedline pipes can be welded to the cylinder barrel.

8. Application: different kinds of hydraulic cylinders.

9. Cylinder head: according to customer's design or drawing.
