1. Commodity: hydraulic cylinder barrel

2. Size range: Bore of barrel:450mm max, Length of barrel: 3000mm max.

3. Material of cylinder barrel: carbon steel and alloy steel like DIN2391-2 ST52,EN10305-1 E355,C45E,25CrMo4,42CrMo4,ASTM A519 SAE1020,SAE1026,SAE1045,SAE4130,SAE4140,etc.

4. Flanges and feedline pipes can be welded to the cylinder barrel.

5. Application: hydraulic cylinders for excavators,forklifts,earthmovers,etc

6. Cylinder head: according to customer's design or drawing.

7. Manufacture method: hot rolled+externally machined+internally deep hole drilled+skived&roller burnishined or honed, cold drawn+internally honed or skived&roller burnished, machining as per technical drawing.
