Standard&material: ASTM A519 SAE1020,SAE1026,SAE1035,SAE1045,SA4130,SAE4140, DIN2391-2 ST45,ST52, EN10305-1 E355,C45E,25CrMo4,42CrMo4,etc

Manufacture method: cold rolled, hydraulic cold drawn.

Delivery condition:

OD tolerance: as per DIN2391-1 or EN1030-1

ID tolerance: appointed by customer. Generally, we suugest ID tolerance of -0.4mm/-0.7mm for tubes with ID of 100mm and below, -0.6mm/-0.9mm for tubes with ID above 100mm.

Surface roughness: 1.6um max for cold drawn pipe without heat treating, 3.2um max for hea treated pipe.

Ovaity: 0.15mm max for pipe with OD below 150mm, 0.25mm max for pipe with OD below 219mm, 0.35mm max for pipe with OD aboe 220mm.

Straightness: 0.3mm/1000mm max, 0.8mm/1000mm max,  1.2mm/1000mm max.

Packing:in bundles tied with steel strips, oil coating, end plastic caps. 

Shipping: by containers.

We can provide honing service o skiving and roller bunishing service for unhoned tubes.

We can provide external suface polishing service.

Payment method: 30% deposit,balance before shipment or against copy of B/L or L/C at sight.

Warrany: 1 year after shipment of pipe.

Third party inspection or customer's inspection is accepable.

Addtional tests like hardness test,grain size test,ultrasonic test is acceptable.

Special requirements about ovality,surface roughness,straightness are acceptabe.
