Operating Principle

 

Medical waste are put into autoclave vessel under saturated steam with temperature 134°C(273°F) and pressure 0.22Mpa(32psi) in 45 min to get fully sterilized; then the sterilized waste sent to shredder to crush into short pieces. The final treated medical with volume reduction of 80% and weight reduction of 20% can achieve the microbial inactivation LOGO6 (99.9999%) and finally become ordinary city refuse for safe landfill.
