10.Scratch-off Panels	It is commonly used to cover surprise gifts, codes, surprise discounts, data, icons etc. The client/user receives the card in the mail, at a store, or event and then gets to simply scratch off the panel to reveal the information. You can include more than one scratch panel on your design, however, too many panels can leave residual "scratch-off" material on your cards

. Are you factory or trading company?

Chuangxinjia is factory established in 1999, specialize in smart card, RFID tag/sticker/label, NFC, and RFID Wristband and so on RFID related products. We are have professional sale team who can provide you best service.

2. What is MOQ for nfc card?

Chuangxinjia makes OEM, so the MOQ is 500 of cards and wristbands, and 1000 pcs of sticker.

3. Can I order if quantity less than MOQ?

Yes and it would be taken as sample order to production. We take more serious on sample order.

4. Can I get Free Samples?

Yes. If samples we have in stock would be provided for testing, but shipment should at your side, it is fair. J

5. Can I order with my logo printing, size and shape?

Yes, of course it can. We do OEM. And the original artwork prefer in Abode Illustrator, PDF, CDR9 or CDRX4. In PSD is ok, DPI should over 300.

6. What is your lead time?

With 2 brands Germany Heidelberg full color offset printing machine, 3 chip-flipping production lines, Chuangxinjia can do monthly output:

7. How Can I Pay? If PayPal acceptable?

Please pay us by TT to our company bank, or Western Union.

Credit card pay to our company bank is ok.

L/C is welcomed.

As we do OEM, PayPal for no printing products is acceptable.

8. How about the Package? if they card stand for long way shipment?

Our products would be package in a hard cardboard box first, and then in a 3 layers carton, and will be fixed tightly, even shipment by sea is no problem.

9. What’s your guaranty?

2 years guaranty would be sure. And please test the goods within 2-3 weeks, any un-work cards would be replaced at once.

10. If you have ISO9001:2008 certification?

Yes, we have. Since 2011, every year Chuangxinjia can pass the audit by ISO organization. Quality control or production and factory management are greatly approved.

Besides ISO9001:2008, Chuangxinjia also get SGS certification, EN71 verified, and BV certification.
