Aluminum Titanate Dosing tube for dosing furnace in pressure die casting .
Features:
High strength , high density
No wetting with molten melts
cost effective performance
Applications:
Aluminum titanate dosing tubes for dosing furnace in pressure die casting
Aluminium Titanate Riser Tube or aluminium titanate Stalk Tube
Riser tube for low pressure casting machine is one of important parts. The melting aluminium (with the temperature 700~900) is sent to mould cavity from riser tube by pressure every 3~5 minutes. This asks the riser tube to be resistant of high temperature and thermal shock, no-wetting by molten aluminium, good air tightness .
Characteristics:
Excellent thermal shock resistance
No infiltration with the non-ferrous metal
Excellent wear resistance
Low thermal-expansion coefficient
The service life of the aluminum titanate riser tube can reach 60 days
Application:
Aluminum Titanate riser tube / stalk tube can be used for the conveying , dosing of non-ferrous metal melts, especially for low pressure die casting of aluminium. The products can keep the purity of low pressure die casting products , and provide for the casting plants with high quality .
The aluminum titanate has higher melting point(1860°C±10°C),lower thermal expansion coefficient(RT—1000°C,α<2.0×10-6/°C) and excellent heat-shock resistance. Besides, the aluminum titanate don’t infiltrate with the metal melt(especially the non-ferrous metals) and glass melt. Therefore aluminum titanate can be widely used in the conditions of high-temperature resistance, heat-shock resistance and corrision resistance.
