Shanghai Docan UV Flatbed Printer Warranty Commitment

Thanks for your purchasing Docan uv printer, our company will provide good service.

The service commitments shown as follows:

1. Warranty Time

Warranty period will be started after installation certificate's date & it'll be valid 12 months for printer accessories parts (but print head, ink pump, uv lamp, main filter, disk filter, negative pressure pump and positive pressure pump are not in warranty range).

2. Warranty Range

All parts of the uv flatbed printer except print head, ink pump, uv lamp, main filter, disk filter, negative pressure pump and positive pressure pump are not in warranty range.

3. Maintenance Responsibility

a. The equipment maintenance responsibility is shared by companies and users, but not just one party take the responsibility of the maintenance.

b. Company's duty: to provide the new customer installed and user training service. To provide telephone technical support major accident on-site maintenance.

c. Buyer's duty: Equipped with certain knowledge of professional electro-mechanical maintenance personnel, Who accept the company's installed capacity to provide systematic training for free; Standard operation, Maintenance & maintenance equipment.

4. Service Guarantee

a. Lifelong technical support.

b. Our sales will regularly asking about the customer's printer use situation, whether needs technical help.

c. If having some urgent problem, we provide technical engineer to solve the problem online. If the accessories part was broken, it should send the broken parts back to Docan Company to replace the new part.

5. In the follow situation, the Docan company will not take on warranty duty

a. Force majeure event (it contains but not only limited on Earthquake, Typhoon, Flood, Riot, Chaos, Lightning, war, Explosion) it causes the printer damage.

b. The buyer's install environment was not satisfied to use the printer's condition, and then it causes the printer fault and damage.

c. The buyer's loading, operate, maintenance was not allowed by Docan company it causes the printer fault and damage.

d. The third party (except allowed by Docan) was wrong of install, operate, maintenance the printer, it causes the printer fault and damage.

e. The buyer shall pay money for the printer accessories parts if printer exceeds the warranty period.
