1.      Warranty time: The start time from the printer arrive to customer’s working place, the printer accessories parts warranty is 12 month (but the print head, ink supply pump, uv light and filter was not in warranty range).

2.      Warranty range: All parts of the uv flatbed printer except print head, ink supply pump, uv light & ink filter.

3.    spare parts: provide necessary spare parts for the machine repairing.
