Filling Principle:

According to the production capacity from the customer, we will design Npcs filling heads

 for meeting the requirement of client. Metering of filling is accurate, stable, quick, it is suitable f

or the high capacity. When the bottle has been inputted the filling station from filling conveyor belt, 

Filling station has electromagnetic induction probe will detect bottle automatical, Detect bottle then

 filling head will put in bottle mouth and liquid will be filled into the bottle, electromagnetic valve will

 let the base weight tank work.. that will start filling. Filling capacity will be controlled by travel switch,  

the filling material from base weight tank will fill into bottle by filling heads. After filling, filling metering

 tank will grip material then return to the root position. They will wait for next time filling. Filling heads

 has the device of leakage-proof and froth breaking. During filling has never wire drawing, leakage 

and foam.
