Decapping machine

Automatic decapping machine is designed for barrel production line specially for recycling barrel, it is not only improve effiency , but also eliminate the contamination by labour, it is necessary equipment for automatic barrel production line.

   

 

Checking machine

The equipment is specified for checking the breakage of barrel.

Processing : First the empty barrel is conveyed to checking station, when sensor indentify the coming barrel, the checking valve will get down and charge gas into barrel, if the barrel is air leakage will be alarmed .

The checked barrel will be send out by conveyor , and qualified barrel will go to next process and unqualified barrel will be eliminated our from conveyor .
