Use

 
This gravure printing machine is applicable to multicolor one time nonstop printing of the reel
membrane materials with excellent printing performance, such as BOPP, PET,
PVC, PE, aluminum foil, and reel paper. It is widely used in various kinds of
high grade presswork

 

Performances and characteristics

 
The automatic color processing system of the machine can manage each
unit to collocate microprocessor independently and can rectify the deviation
rapidly and rightly. The main engine is used for frequency control. The releasing

strain is commanded by a automatic strain controller and a magnetic powder controller.
The collection of the reel is completed by automatic lasting strain
dragging matched with moment DC electrical motor. It is double-position
automatic spinning, pre-drive automatic cut and incising rolling. It can achieve

nonstop material exchange. It has pneumatic press system, pneumatic
ink-shaving system, septum type pneumatic ink automatic cycle system,
flatulence type handling axis, printing line speed and meter-counting display.
