The RGB-20DG1 is a RGB combined dot laser module sub-assembly with collimated beam and TEC temperature control.

The maximum laser output power is 30mW at 450nm, 520nm and 638nm (445nm 10mw, 520nm 10mw, 635nm 10mw) with divergence <0.6mrad and beam size <1.0mm at 1m.
