We have the most commen specification is: GX-4-2000 (the diameter 4mm and length 2000mm). Often we produce the special size for our clients also.

The warranty is one year. The repairing service is maintaining the whole lifetime of all products. 

If some products need to repair, it is free while under warranty. When it out of the warranty, customer just needs to pay for the replacement assembly unit cost. 

P.S. excluding disposables, e.g. bulbs, single-use articles, and customers should bear the freight charge caused by the repairing.
