1. What is your policy of sample fee? 

 Answer: We do not have free sample of Glass Mosaic crystal candle holder , you need pay sample fee in advance if you need our samples, but we will refund it to u after the order confirmed.

Answer: Maybe it has a little colour difference(beacuse of the effect of light ),but it is almost exactly same as picture

6.What is your sample policy?

If our existing item, we can offer one piece each item free of charge if your quantity is large,we will caculate the samples fee for you.

7.How long for sampling?

Usually, it is 7-10days and for special project, please discuss with our salesman for further information.

8.How long for mass production?

Usually, it is 30~45 days after order confirmed and for special project, please discuss with our salesman for further information.
