Operational Principle: |
Hot air enters into the dryer along the tangential direction stirrer from the bottom, and generates high-speed swirling air flow upward. Material to be dried is fed into the drier by the feeder. Under the combined action of high-speed swirling air flow and blender at the bottom, the lump material will be crushed, scattered and dried. Qualified material will be discharged along with the airflow from the top of the drier, and collected by the trap; the bigger and wet pellets will be obstructed by the wire at the top of the drying chamber, this part of material will be redried until qualified.
