The process of aluminum hydroxide calcination using dynamic calciner has gradually matured. It has been widely applied to aluminum companies in China, and gradually replaces the traditional rotary kiln calcination method.
The dynamic calciner designed and manufactured by our company is suitable for medium and small furnaces with production capacity under 200 000 tons per year. This system is mainly consists of heat source, main calciner, multi-level pre-heaters, rotational flow trap, electric dust collector, material cooler, thermal balancer and fan system etc.

Operational Principle: |
The dehydrated aluminum hydroxide is fed into calciner via feeder. Surface water of material has been evaporated under 2-3 level preheating process, and the surface temperature of the material has been increased, and then the material is fed into the main calciner for high temperature calcination and decomposition, the decomposed aluminum oxide is collected by the trap, and finally discharged by the cooler from the dumpling port, after cooling
This system commonly uses gas and natural gas as the heat source. It is only takes a few seconds for aluminum hydroxide to decompose into aluminum oxide.
