A: Yes we do. Customer must either call or e-mail us explaining the reason for the return. Return shipping of item(s) is the responsibility of the customer. If the mistake is on our part, we will ship out replacement item(s) free of charge. Flash, opened needles, or opened disposable tubes are non-returnable under any condition.

1. Leave the bandage for about 5 hours. (Keep the wound from being infected)
2. Clean the wound with lukewarm water (invoice using a washcloth and anything abrasive).
3.  Put a little ointment on the wound.
4.  Use non-scented lotion instead of ointment 3-5 days later.
5.  Keep the wound clean (avoid hot water, extant soap or liquid soap, swimming, showing too long) for 2-3weeks.
