Does Freedom Tattoo Supplies take Returns?

A: Yes we do. Customer must either call or e-mail us explaining the reason for the return. Return shipping of item(s) is the responsibility of the customer. If the mistake is on our part, we will ship out replacement item(s) free of charge. Flash, opened needles, or opened disposable tubes are non-returnable under any condition.

Q: How do you ship orders?

A: We have five express: UPS, FEDEX, DHL, EMS. For big orders, we'll dispatch by sea.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: We will make our best to ship your order within 3-7 business days of receipt. During the holidays, our order processing time may increase due to backups.
