wireless doorbell system is simply a transmitter that is attached to the outside of the home and a wireless receiver that is located inside and operated by sending a radio signal to the receiver when someone presses the button on the transmitter.

Q:How to set Visitors Calling?

When there are visitors, they only need to press the call button on the doorbell. The mobile phone APP interface would pop up “Answer “or "Hang up" interface. In the interface of “answering”, you can choose: photograph, video recording, voice intercom, hung up and lock etc operation.

Q:How to set Real-time Monitoring ?

The device connects the network successfully, the mobile phone APP interface would show the device is online, then click on the device, it can automatic connect the device. After successfully connect, it would displays images for you to choose: photograph, video recording, voice intercom, hung up etc operation.

Q:How to set motion detection alarm?

Click on the right side of the gear shape icon in the device list ===Enter the “Device Setting” page===Tap “Alarm Setting”===Motion Detect Armed===Setting sensitivity ===Click the “Finish” button to complete the motion detection alarm===After opening the function, when someone passes in front of the doorbell will trigger motion detection, then it would automatic push alarm message to the mobile phone APP interface. 

Q:How to connect wired network?

The equipment in addition to support WIFI network connection, it also supports wired network connection. When the doorbell is far away from the WIFI router or the signal is weak , please choose the wired network connection. It needs to use a patch cord which Micro USB to RJ45 to connect when you choose the wired network connection. After connecting the patch cord, the device will automatically obtain IP method for DHCP to connect the network. Open the APP on your phone, directly scan the equipment’s QR code or manually enter the serial number of the equipment, then it will complete the add device.
