1, Order delivery care: We pay great attention to customers’ orders and delivery, including sample orders or volume orders, doubtlessly they will be carefully followed. Any emergencies, customers will be immediately informed and until the problems are solved through mutual understanding and negotiation. 2, After sale investigation: After customers confirm the arrival delivery of the volume order, we will send a questionnaire to investigate the satisfaction in a month. Keep the strength and improve shortness. And thanks in advance.

3, RMA application: Forrinx provides one year warranty for all of our products. Any defective products within guarantee period will be repaired with free spare parts or replaced with new free units. After we confirm the defective products, free spare parts or free units will be shipped to destination market with cargo of the next second order.

For any emergencies, problems are suggested to be resolved through mutual understanding and negotioation.
