1.Fin type air-cooled condenser:Fin type air-cooled condenser adopts imported high purely, seamless screw thread copper and special aluminum fin after mechanical expanding joint closely. 2.Tube in tube(Shell and Tube) type evaporator:
1) It is tube in tube structure with new developed fire-proof and water-proof material as heat preservation. The
water-side working pressure may reach to 2.0 MPa.
2) There is PVC engineering plastic breakwater inside of evaporator with strong anti-corrosion ability. Chilling
water circuitous goes up and down to increase tumble effect, and heat exchange ability.
3) Adopt new technology DAC weave interior screw threat, high efficient heat exchange tube to ensure good
cooling characters.
3.Semi-hermetic screw compressor:
The unit uses imported semi-hermetic screw type compressor. Comparing piston type compressor, the
semi-hermetic screw type compressor has following advantages:
1) Less accessories (Approximately 1/3 of piston compressor). The unit structure is simply and long service life).
2) The unit EER ≥3.1W/W;
3) Screw type compressor may adjust energy in range 25% - 100%.
4.Four-way valve:
Air-cooled water chiller adopts PE four-way valve from Unit State, so that solves reversing and system consume great problem exist in other same kind of products.
5.Expension valve: Thermal expension valve

7.The control system will automatically balance the run time for each compressor for mult-compressor unit.
System Protection:
1. Discharge check value: it prevents the discharged gas from going back after the compressor stops.
2. Phase lack protection: It protects the compressor for over high voltage, voltage deficiency, and phase lack.
3. Direction protection: It protects the compressor from damage resulted from Counter direction run.
4. Oil heater: It heats the oil before the unit start, keep the good lubrication for the unit before it runs.
5. Overheat protection inside the motor of the compressor: It protects the compressor from burning down for too high coil temperature for overload, or abnormal run condition.
6. High&low pressure protection: It protects the compressor and system against extreme run condition and trouble.
7. Freezing protection: It protects the unit form too low temperature of the water out, freezing may accurate some place, resulting in freezing breaking of the evaporator.
8. Water flow protect: It protects the unit from run without water flow.
9. High temperature of chilled water protection: It works to protect the compressor in case that the load is too large; the temperature of chilled water is too high. It may result in compressor failure without this protect in the case.
