Electro Luminescence Technology  is widely used for indoor&outdoor advertising nowadays, especially in US and European Union countries.

It is made of 3 parts:
1. lighting power supply or o need it,only 3 lines as usuall.

2. DC 12V,DC 24V Inverter and can be made different animation.with vivide animaiton.

3. EL panel which has some conducted luminescent materials and circuits inside,when it is
  plugged with the power,and under the control of the inverter,then it showes an animated
  flashing effect which has been customizable by our customer.
  And that's also the basic working principle of all EL products.
