(1)Q: I only need small quantity
A:That's ok, we would like to do for you.

(2)Q:The sample freight is too expensive, I do not want to pay so much?
A:If you do not need the products urgently, we could arrange China Post for you.But it always need 20-50 days to deliver.
Or if you place order with us, freight fee could return to you in future.

(3)Q:I do not have product samples, how to do?
A:Please provide product drawings.
Or provide detailed specifications: material, color, inner diameter, wall thickness, length, quantity.

(4)Q: How to pay for the products?
A: There is 3 ways for your choices. Western Union Paypal Pay to our company account

(5) Q:After my payment, how about the delivery time?
A: Normally ,we need 15 -25 days to produce the goods.
For small order( less than 100 pcs), we need 15 days.

(6) Q:Why small order need so long time?
A:Firstly, we need to contact the producing department to confirm the production shift.
Secondly, new product will need 7-10 days to make mould tooling.

(7) Q:After i receiving the goods, i found there is quality problem, how do you deal with it?
A: For large order, please noted that normally there is 5‰ scrap rate.

(8)Q:I would like to visit your factory, would you do something for me?
A:We could apply invitation letter for you.
B:When you arrive in our nearest airport, we may meet you by there and will bring you to hotel.
