Palm Fiber extracting Machine:

 

Palm Fiber Making Machine is used to extract fiber from material like oil palm, palm and coconut shell which contains lots of fiber. The fiber is used to make mattress, shoe-pad, seat cushion etc.

 

There are mainly two types: sigle drum and double drum type. The single drum type fiber extracting machine is suitable for almost all the palm material, the double drum type is suitable for the mateial which requires high quality fiber or dry coconut  shell.

  

 

 

 

Working principles of palm fiber extracting machine:

1. The raw materials are feeded into the open silk machine by the head of the equipment;

 

2. With the rapid rotation of the knives inside, the materials’ skin will be broken up;

 

3. After the materials are broken up, the device rotates to mix them into the filament. Then out through the discharge port;

 

4. The equipment’s capacity is: 375 coconut shells per hour, or 625kg final palm materials per hour;

 

5. The finished materials still need to be sieved.

Shipping and delivery:

Delivery time: Within 20 days after receiving down your payments.

 

 

Payment term: TT 30% first, balanced 70% against the copy of B/L or Irrevocable letter of credit available by draft payable at sight.

 

 

Warranty: 

1.The guarantees for the quality of the machines for a period of one year from the date of exporting date. 

 

2.If any parts (excluding easily damaging parts) are found defective in quality in the first year, we shall replace it free-of-cost. 

 

3.After one year, parts can be replaced on favorable payment basis. We can send our engineer to provide the installation and trial run in your place. But the relevant cost shall be bear in your account (round trip air ticket, board and lodging).
