Q1: What is the warranty of your key finder?

A1:  We have 2 years warranty. If any quality problems on our side occurred in this period, we will take on the shipping cost and

 replacement.

Q2: What certificates do you have?

A2: We have CE, RoHS and FCC certificates for all products developed by us. 

Q3: What is your MOQ?

A3: For neutral package the MOQ is 100pcs. For custom logo and package, the MOQ is 1000pcs. 

Q4: How long is the battery life?

A4: The transmitter uses 2pcs AAA batteries and it can last at least 12 months. Each receiver uses a CR2032 battery and it

 can last around 6 months. 

Q5: We found there are many suppliers showing this key finder in , who is the real 

producer?

A5: All the key finders are designed and developed by us with patent certificate. If you find the same key finders from other 

suppliers, it means the supplier buy the key finders from us. 

Q6: Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?

A6: For small order, express will be best. And for bulk order, sea ship way is best but take much time.
