Working Principles

1.Hoister transport the material into the feed port of the belt dryer.

2.Through the feeder, the material uniformly slip down the mesh.

3.The mesh carry material from one side to other side. During the transmission, the hot air also be send into the inner of belt dryer.

4.Through the mesh, hot air from the top to the bottom or from the bottom to the top to complete heat and mass excharge process.

5.The draft fan take the water vapor out and left the dried material.
