layers, 40 egg dishes, 20 big egg dishes, 20 small egg dishes, every little egg pan

 hold 88 pieces eggs, 63 pieces duck eggs, 32 pieces goose eggs. 

The big egg pan can hold 176 pieces eggs, 126 pieces duck eggs, 72 pieces goose 

eggs.
