Product:  Medium Frequency Water Cooled Capacitors

Application:  Medium Frequency Water Cooled Capacitors especially designed for inductive heat generating plants operating at frequencies as per the furnace design. These capacitors are designed to comply with the specific requirements of each customer. Most of these capacitors provide for step changes in kvar by virtue of terminated sections within each unit. This allows for the tuning of the circuit for changing inductive loads.

Technical performance
1. Comply with Standards: GB/T3984.1; IEC60110.1

2. Resistance to pressure: (Pole to pole and pole to case)  2.0UN (or 4.0 UN) 10s

3. Capacitance Deviation:-5%~+10%;

4. Capacitance tangent of the loss angle: tgδ≤0.0008.

5. Overload: It can operate for 12 hours every 24h under the voltage of 1.05UN and specified frequency, continuous operating current should not exceed 1.15IN.

Service condition

1. Altitude less than 1000m;

2. Ambient temperature: -40°C~+45°C

3. Inlet pressure of cooling water is not exceeding 0.3MPa, input temperature is not exceeding 30°C, and rate-of-flow is no more than 6L per min. Cooling water should be soft water without impurities, PH value should be 6 ~ 9.
