1.Delivery Time

1) Sample Order: Within 3 bussiness days upon received payment copy of T/T.

2) Large Order: Within 2 weeks upon received payment copy of T/T.

3) OEM or ODM: Within 2 weeks for trial order after sample confirmed upon received payment copy of T/T and Within 3 week for continuous order upon received payment copy of T/T.

2.Payment Terms

1) ALIVIZ accept T/T,Western Union or L/C before shipping.

2) 100%T/T in advance for sample order; 30% T/T first and 70% clear before shipping for large order.

3.ALIVIZ Shipping Terms

1) ALIVIZ is the VIP of DHL and Fedex for Express (Door to Door) and by Air (Airport to Airport).

2) Shipping by sea , ALIVIZ have regular forwarder partner. (Customer own forwarder is welcome).

4.ALIVIZ RMA

1) Aliviz values our customers greatly and will do everything possible to ensure the product quality and assurance for the customers.

2) Aliviz will be responsible for delivery charges and cost of substandard product if purchase within 30 days of the arriving date.

3) All of products have after-service for life and will just charges the cost of repair if purchased after 12 month.
