Product Description

1) Description: This line is produced by single-screw extruder through extruding cooking;

the pellet can be different shapes like shell, spiral, square tube, circle tube, and so on. After drying,

the pellet needs frying to get expanded.

2) Raw materials: potato starch, corn starch, cassava starch, wheat flour, corn flour etc

3) Products: This line can be used to produce pellets, snacks, corn flakes by adjusting the moulds.

4) Capacity: 100-120kg/h

5) Flow chart: Flour Mixing - Extruding – Cutting - Cooling - Drying – Cooling – Packing

6)Voltage/Frequency: producing it according to your local circumstance.
