High performance and rust resistance insulating coating for heat exchanger price
We manufacture the (RoHS compliant) thin films and insulated coatings which are used by
a wide range of Japanese electronics parts manufacturers.
Our unique laminated coating technology allows us to flexibly control film thickness even when
machining complex forms.
We can achieve low cost through mass-produced orders
We offer advanced coating technologies that meet a wide range of requirements at a high level.
Our in-house fluorine coating technique enables us to create a range of products and parts with
value-added functionality.
Not only do our products offer insulation and thermal resistance,
but they can be engineered to be rust-resistant, have good traction,
withstand chemical corrosion, etc., to offer high-level properties necessary for
electronic components.
Product features
- Carefully calibrated film thickness
Laminated coating creates a series of thin film membranes to calibrate film thickness to
within µm increments;
Ideal for products that call for delicate precision in film thickness.
- High function membranes
Robust adhesive power and excellent edge covering create an advanced film;
Will not expand when exposed to heat; we can also trim and machine edges post-coating.
- Contactless coating
Small parts and complex shapes can be easily coated in one pass;
Comprehensive, one-pass production runs help keep costs down.
We have a long track record providing films for coil components that require coatings that
are both thin and highly insulating.
- Excellent edge covering and membrane strength avoid the common pitfall of
coiled wires' edges fraying or digging into each other.
- Superb adhesive power means edges can be partially polished without exposing the inner wire.
- Film is resistant to temperatures exceeding 400℃ (+/-5% loss),
so sudden heat spikes from soldering and other operations will not cause damage.
Also ideal for applications with multiple requirements,
such as components for equipment that require insulation and traction from a thin film,
or gear parts that call for rust-resistance and traction.
