UHMWPE Light House
Light house is artificial signal for navigation, positioning, obstacles marking and warning. It is made up by pillar, working platform, foundation etc. there is signal light on the platform to guide the vessels, and the pillar is used to support the platform.
The light house is made from UHMWPE material, with advantages of corrosion resistance, maintenance free and longer service life.
With more than 2.0 million molecular weight, the UHMWPE material have extinguished properties of impact resistance, wear resistance, self lubrication, chemical corrosion resistance,etc. With excellent cold resistance, the UHMWPE could keep good impact resistance at -70 Celsius, so it can work well at the extreme cold areas.

Maintenance Free
The UHMWPE light house can be installed fast at the working site, and it is maintenance free without frequent painting. The foundation completely finds the solution for the sea water corrosion.
No Mechanical Construction
The UHMWPE light house has modular structure; the height for each section is 0.75m to 1.0 m, with weight of 65kg to 150kg. It is easy for transportation and handling.
Anti Typhoon
With great resilience (break elongation is 350%) and hardness (Rockwell hardness is 40), the UHMWPE light house can bear typhoon from 12 to 14 grade (wind speed is about 40m/s).
Longer Service Life
