1, The screws are made by ally steel and special craft, the screw life is longer, uses building block system structure, may combine willfully.

2, The forced lubrication system, by guaranteed equipment transmission longer life.

3, Visible auto-temperature controlling system, make the temperature-controlling to be more direct-viewing, parameter to be more precise.

4,  Screw  speed and wide temperature range :screw speed arbitrary adjustments between 0 and 500 RPM. temperature arbitrary regulation at room temperature to 300 degrees.

Machine material                                              

      All the machines are made by Stainless steel 201,which can reach the sanitary food grad.If you have special requirement, we also have ss304,ss316 for your demand.

Voltage                                                              

       Chinese three phase Input Voltage is 380V/ 50Hz,single phase Input voltage is 220v/50Hz. If it’s different from your local power,you can tell us before the order,so we can change the voltage and Hertz as your demand.

The detail process:    

1. We can provide factory layout according to customer’s factory size in advance.

2. When we received your deposit of this order, we will ask our engineers to prepare to apply the visa, when the processing line arrived your country, and we will send two engineers to go and help you to install the line, teach your worker(3-4 workers) how to operate the line, until your worker know the line well.

3.  Our engineers has responsibility to teach your worker how to clean the extruder, how to change the screw, how to change barrel etc. and we have responsibility to provide technology support with you forever.

4. Our engineers can provide basic formula for producing the food. and help customer to produce good quality food according customer’s detailed formula.
