With the development of shipping industry and the increasing of concentration of vessel, the requirement of the Light Beacons safety is continuously exaltation in the shipping community.More and more people call for reducing the maintanence of light beacon, lowering workers difficulty, and protecting environment.

The high-strenghth light beacon our company developed has the characteristics of the maintanence free, long life, anti-corrosion and typhoon, without mechanical execution.It is awarded by Republic People of China patent of utility model.

The main component of light beacon is made of high-strenghth plastic such as pillar canal, platform, guardrail,  ladder stand.

Light Becons characteristics:

1.      Maintanence-free: Light beacon adopted one-time installation,without painting for a long time(except lamps). Especially its stem base,we completely solved the problem of light beacons advanced abandonment because of sea water intrusion.

2.      Without mechanical execution: The lenghth of each beacon: 750mm;weight: 45 kilograms.It is convinent to transport and install, no need of mechanical execution.

3.      Anti-12^th typhoon: The intensity of light beacon is more than 850 Kg/square meters; Ring steel degrees of pillar canal reaches 5800 kJ/ (in the cases that radial deformation less than 3%), meanwhile it has high degree of flexibility (elongation-to-break more than 350%) and hardness (rockwell hardness 40); stretch resistant of each connected bolt is more than 20ton.

4.      Long-life: In the same conditions, the accessories service life of light beacon and platform is 15 times as long as steels.

5.      Each connection adopted steeless 316L bolt, safe and convenient to install.

6.      Pillar canals diameter:800mm, the area of phenotype is large.

7.      It is materials own colour, and it adopted importing German paint. Highlight scale reaches 8,without fading in fifty years.
