Shandong Buoy & Pipe Industry Co. Ltd. (SDBEP)  is a branch company of Power Construction Corporation of China. The latter being a state-owned enterprise that is considered  the Fortune 500.

SDBEP specialize in the research, manufacture of UHMWPE products ranging from navigational aids, beacons, pipe and sheet. The company has achieved many accolades locally, including but not limited to being appointed as the production base of navigational buoy and other support equipment for shipping in the China 12th-Five-Year National Strategy Plan, Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone Development Program. Further, SDBEP is member of IALA (International Association of Lighthouse Authorities).
