THE HANDHELD PDA, PALMTEC AMPHIBIA COMES WITH AN IN BUILT LCD, KEYPAD, PRINTER AND RUNS ON RECHARGABLE BATTERY.

THE FIRMWARE FOR PARKING SYSTEM, WILL BE INSTALLED ON THE HANDHELD PDA. THE MASTER DATA WILL BE CONFIGURED, USING THE WINDOWS BASED SOFTWARE

Using the Back end Software, we can also set various other features like main display, the Printable headers and footers, vehicle details, operator details, duration, tariff, and many other Operational settings. This settings can be downloaded to the Palmtec Amphibia, using a data cable.

We have an array of Models to suit the needs of the parking such as , Machines with Single Slip Generation Only, Same Machine for Entry and Exit Slip generation and Different Machines for Entry and Exit Slip Generation.

The Model for Single Slip Generation Only, work with One Device at the Entry or Exit, for Collection of the Parking Fee. In this Scenario the Parking Fee will be prefixed , and amount will be Collected when the vehicle enters or leaves the parking area. The Receipt slip is given to the Customer then. This Slip forms part as the Payment and Parking Slip.

The Model with Same Machine for Entry and Exit type, work with same Device installed in entry and exit Points. An entry slip is issued from the Machine at the Entry , when the vehicle enters. Advance payment if required can be collected. The details of Amount collected will be printed, in the In Slip Receipt. While the Customer Exits the Same Machine will be Used for the Entry, of the In Slip Number or Vehicle Number. The Machine Encodes the Entry Time of the Vehicle, from the data entered and calculates the Parking Fee based on the Tariff Programmed. The Receipt of Payment and Out slip, is Generated and the balance Payment if any is collected .

The Model with Different Machines for Entry and Exit Slip Generation , work with different Devices installed in the Entry and Exit Points. An entry slip is issued , from the Machine at the Entry when the vehicle enters. Advance payment if required can be collected. The details of Amount collected will be printed in the In Slip Receipt. Along with the other required details, an Intelligent Code will be Printed. The same can also be optionally printed as a Barcode. While the Customer Exits the Same Machine will be Used to enter the Intelligent Code from the In slip. Optionally palmtec device with barcode reader add on, can be used to read the barcode in the In Slip. The Machine Encodes the Intelligent Code, and the Entry Time of the Vehicle and calculates the Parking Fee, based on the Tariff Programmed. The Receipt of Payment and Out slip is Generated, and the balance Payment if any is collected .

The Transaction Data will be stored in the Device, and can be uploaded to the Back end Software using a data cable, or through GPRS depending on the model.

We can also get an Array of reports such as in slip reports, refund reports, summary reports, vehicle entry reports etc, from the Handheld Device and also from the back end Software.
