1. base material: MDF(medium density fiber) which have passed American CARP E1 standard, features: Methanal releases less than 5 mg, density is over 750kg/m3

3. PUR glue: Ho’Luan use the superior “PUR” glue which never be unstuck and is appointed by the Astronautics Department to adhee the base boad MDF.

5. Theory: Polymer composite board is the upgrade of UR, so it keeps the advantages of UV, but eliminate the defects of “UV”, such as the orange peel, raw edge hardness is over 6H, improved on yellow resistance, resistance to impact, antiflaming, resistance to dirt and abrasion such kind of merits.
