VPM (Vertical Pre-grinding Mill) is the newest generation special grinding equipment used in cement industry.
Main features of vertical pre-grinding mill
1. High running rate, low maintenance cost
Vertical mill technology is mature and structure is reasonable. Main parts adopt top-quality products at home and aboard. Meanwhile wear parts adopt high quality high chromium alloy cast steel and the lifetime is above 30000h. All these features ensure high running rate (≥95%) and lowest cost for maintenance of vertical pre-grinding mill.
2. Markedly improve capacity of the system
For production capacity of cement clinker it can improve 30%—100%, for production capacity of cement raw material it can improve 100%—200%.
3. Predominant energy saving effect
For cement clinker, power consumption reduces 15%—30%; and for cement raw material, power consumption reduces 30%—40%.
4. Products with high quality
Even if the specific surface area is lower than 80cm2/g, the compression strength of cement also can achieved or exceeded the cement which produced by ball mill directly.
5. Steady running & easy operation
The influence of clinker variation is small for VPM, and at the same time easy to adjusting the quality of products, easy operation and no special requirements, the same as the normal tube mill.
