VMP Introduction
VMP vertical pre-grinding mill is mainly composed of motor, reducer, mill disk, mill roller, hydraulic device, lubricating device and so on. The materials enter into the center of mill disk by the feeding chute, then they will be thrown into the grinding area by the centrifugal force caused by rotating of mill disk and be squeezed and grinded by the mill roller with pressure. Grinded materials will fall into the lower shell of mill by the outer ring of mill disk, after that they will be sent into the discharging chute by the scraping plate to be discharged.
Three mill rollers are arranged in the grinding rail evenly meanwhile each roller will be pressurized by two hydraulic cylinders, so that the materials will be ground because of the pressure and the rotating of mill disk.
The mill roller adopts the forced lubrication; meanwhile in order to avoid the dusts entering into the bearing, it adopts the double seal structure of forced ventilated air seal and reinforced seal.
The mill is driven by the motor, and the reducer is run through the shaft coupling, so that the mill disk is brought into rotating and then the mill roller is brought into rotating through the materials.
