1.Process flow

 Limestone is crushed by PCF2022 Hammer crusher. Crushed limestone is sent into  circular homogenization shed for storage. Limestone is discharged through reclaimer and sent into raw material proportioning station; then mixed with sandstone,clay out from  longitudinal pre-homogenization storage shed as per a certain rate; Finally, batched and fed into raw mill through belt conveyor for grinding.

 Raw mill adopts a unit vertical mill and heat source for drying material take advantage of waste gas out of pre-heater; Qualified fine powder is collected through cyclone separator and sent into a unit 22.5m continuous raw meal homogenizing silo via bucket elevator. Waste gas out of cyclone separator is sent into electrostatic precipitator by fan to be dedusted

 High temperature waste gas out of pre-heater is treated into conditioning tower. Most waste gas is sent into raw mill through I.D. Fan; residual waste gas mixed together with finished raw meal out of raw mill will be sent into homogenizing silo; then fed into kiln feeding system while the mill is stopped.

 Raw meal out of homogenizing silo is batched and sent to HCR5000 pre-heater system with calciner by bucket elevator; then fed to  rotary kiln for calcining. Clinker out of kiln is discharged into the third generation grate cooler to be cooled and crushed; Finally, conveyed into 40m clinker silo by chain bucket conveyor. Discharge device is equipped at the silo side for transporting clinker.  Waste gas out of cooler is sent into electrostatic precipitator to be purified and exhaust in the atmospheric. Outlet waste gas dust content is less than 50mg/Nm³.

    Clinker, fly ash,coal stone and gypsum are weighed by weigh feeder on the bottom of silo; then fed into two sets HFCG140-80+4.2×13m rolling compound open circuit mills through belt conveyor and elevator. Cement out of mill and finished products collected by bag filter are sent into cement silo via bucket elevator and air slide; Waste gas is exhausted into ambient air and outlet gas dust content is less than 50mg/Nm³.

 A unit 6-18m circular silo is used for storing cement. Cement inside the silo is conveyed to truck and packed via electric flow control valve,air slide and bucket elevator. Three units 16-spout rotary packer are equipped for packing finished products. Bagged cement is stored and piled inside finished products silo. Bulk cement is loaded by six-set truck bulk devices and transported out the factory. Bagged cement and bulk cement can be referred as per ratio of 50:50 for some time; but the rate can be suitably adjusted according to market requirements at all times.
