1.How to use and grind the blades ?
We suggested use of grinding wheel reciprocating type vertical shaft grinder with the grinding wheel end face. The grinding spindle require slightly tilted .so that the relative angle of grinding wheel against the grinding surface have 10-30.Rotation direction of grinding spindle should be grinding wheel surface opposite the cutting edge.
It must be fully cooled before grinding. In order to make knife edge more sharp , should use the oilstone to finely grind . When cutting, the blade need coated with soap or wax to extend the durability of the cutter , so that the cutting edge becomes more smoother
